How do I place an order?

Please click the  Contact Me page and submit as much detail as possible - date needed, celebration/event, design ideas, quantity, color scheme, platter or individually bagged favors, etc.  We'll discuss the details and you'll receive a price quote if I'm available to take your order. 

 

All orders require a two (2) week request, however the earlier the order is placed, the better.  This ensures we have enough time to prepare and order all materials needed for your specific order.  A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. Orders approved with less than a two week notice will incur an additional priority fee.

Secure Ordering, Payment & Payment Options

Your cookie order is not placed until all details are worked out and non-refundable 50% deposit or full payment is received.

Payment may be made via Cash, Cashapp, and PayPal.

Credit cards are processed securely online through PayPal.  You'll receive an email invoice.

If ordering months in advance, a deposit will be taken at that time to secure the date with the final balance due two weeks prior to pick up.

Please order and make payment as early as possible to secure your date. Deposits and Full-Payments are non-refundable. 
All orders placed are final.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

All cookie sales are final. Great care is taken in designing, creating and packaging your cookies however they are fragile. Kiersten's Cookies cannot be responsible for broken cookies. Cookie deposits are nonrefundable as materials have been purchased for your specific order.
